Well, I suppose this should be titled “half a year in review…”. The last time I updated this blog with a picture post was way back in July! Nuts! I’m determined to do better this coming year, so we’ll start with my final blog post of 2010. Here are some client images from the last 6 months to look at. I hope everyone has a great holiday and a happy 2011! Thanks for being such awesome clients!
It’s getting to be that time of year again…. Christmas is coming!
The first weekend in December our little town holds it’s annual “Christmas in the Village” . This event is a lot of fun (and a usually pretty cold too!) and gives the community the opportunity to visit the local shops and businesses and to see what local craftsmen and women are keeping busy with during the year. This year, I have the opportunity to offer a special Holiday Mini Session at Bloomer’s Flower Shop right downtown! Come out and see me, and have a quick holiday portrait taken of your child(ren) or family! For this event only, sessions are complimentary and special, promotional pricing will apply. There will be 4 pre-set collections to choose from, ranging in price from $25-$55 each and also some a la carte options. Also, anyone who books a regular portrait session will receive a coupon for a $100 print credit and $50 off of your session fee! (only applies on newly booked, regular sessions. Mini session bookings and newborn sessions are excluded. Session fee payment of $150 will be due at the time of booking.)
So come on out and enjoy the day! Don’t forget to stop in at Bloomer’s and see me! I look forward to seeing everyone there and getting to meet some new faces!
Walk-in’s welcome, limited appointments available. Email Danielle : email@example.com with any questions.
I will be available for portraits December 4, 2010 from 9am-5pm (or later, depending on demand…) at Bloomer’s Flower Shop in Roscommon.
Ok, so I’m a little late in posting this session, but that’s ok! This beautiful mommy-to-be was photographed on a Friday, and 5 days later delivered a handsome little man… talk about good timing! Here are a few favorites from her maternity session and even a couple of big sissy Emersyn. I’m looking forward to photographing the new baby brother this coming week or so. Enjoy!
I’ve got quite a few fun ideas, and nobody to torture try them out on! So, I’m opening up a few sessions as part of my “Fresh Faces Campaign”, to photograph some new faces for my portfolio. I have the following dates available:
3rd- 1pm & 6:30pm
10th- 1pm & 6:30pm
17th- 1pm & 6:30pm
If you are interested in any of these dates/times, please call or email. (989.281.1175 / firstname.lastname@example.org )
I am looking for the following age groups:
Newborn (preferably less than 2 wks old.) – 2
Multiples (aged newborn – 6 yrs)-1
*All casting call participants will receive one free session and one complimentary 8×10*. You will also receive a coupon code for 15% off of all a la carte items… but there is no obligation to purchase anything. I have a few visions I would love to fulfill, including an outdoor newborn session, a “lifestyle” type child/baby session and of course a couple studio sessions. If you are interested in one of those in particular, please specify which when contacting me.

I got the awesome job of photographing my beautiful friend, Shannon the other day. She is due with her second baby (and first boy!) In just a couple weeks, so we were excited to get a chance to do these shots finally! She rocked the session, ( even though I made asked her to be a little brave and go along with all of my ideas) and we had a lot of fun during it! Can’t wait to meet little Cole! He’s going to be spoiled rotten by the time I’m done with him…hehe.
